I've been working at the same place for 15 years.
Do I even bother with mentioning previous employment when I'm updating my resume? Especially since the jobs I was doing then largely don't even exist anymore?

That's a tough call. Maybe yes; do your immediate prior jobs relate to your desired job? If so great, if not maybe can they highlight core skills you offer (problem solving, management, etc.)?

The first line of this post certainly fits with that icon photo.

Unless there's something specific in them you want to mention, I'd just include title and date at that point probably.

This is a good point. The answer can also be "it depends on the job you're applying for" in terms of how much detail to include.
