There is a motion from the floor to participate in the Mongol Rally 2018. I think it was the "participating in this event may lead to serious injury or death" that clinched it. Or maybe the part where a camel was pulling a Yugo out of a stream.

Do you know Christine Chun (can't remember her LJ user name - was it chunski??)? She and her husband did the rally a few years ago and her documentation of it was freaking epic.

Keep in mind that we went on the Charity Rally, where the point is to deliver the vehicle in at least somewhat working condition to the charity in Mongolia, and not the Mongol Rally where you intentionally drive a piece of shit.
