I hadn't seen or heard of those before. Regular pop-rocks have lactose in them, so I haven't had any since childhood. But from what I found, the Fireworks Oreos don't have lactose. I don't care much for Oreos lately (too sweet & sugary & unhealthy seeming), but I would try those just to be able to experience pop rocks again.

The Amazon reviews are similar to the other comments on your post - some people said the cookies popped, some people say there was no popping, or hardly any. So it must be hit or miss, based on batch or climate/storage, or something.
