As I was leaving work, this Pretty Good Horned Owl buzzed me, and then settled into a tree. I'm sorry I don't have a better camera in the car.

I keep seeing owls and big raptors, but I'm not good on ID from any distance. :P

If I'd merely seen this perched in the tree I would have thought it was a hawk, but it was the swoop and seeing its head exposed that made me realize I'd finally gotten to see the guy who yells at me most nights.
